3. Intellectual Property All patterns, designs, photos, and content published on this store are the exclusive property of The Synclair Line LLC. By purchasing a pattern you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the PDF
  • Resell or share the pattern file in any form
  • Claim the design as your own

You are welcome to sell finished handmade items created from our patterns in small quantities, with credit given to Kitler Switchy as the original designer.

4. Orders & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We accept all major payment methods available at checkout. By completing a purchase you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Instant Delivery Upon successful payment, your PDF file is made available immediately in your account under "Orders". It is your responsibility to download and save your file. We recommend saving a backup copy.
